Bonfanti Design Hotel - Chienes

The breakfast and dinner were amazing and very plentiful. the gym was also well equipped and provided me with a great workout. the location near the ski slopes and regular bus service were very convenient. I also appreciated the helpful staff and the availability of prams.

The Wi-Fi was very unreliable and kept going in and out which was frustrating. the indoor pool area was sometimes too crowded for my liking.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a stunning location. The hotel has top-notch service and provides enhanced comfort and quality services that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel's location near the Kronplatz area was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas and experiencing all the outdoor activities it has to offer. The shuttle service provided by the hotel made it easy for me to travel around and explore the nearby cities.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had an really good stay in this hotel. The staff was super friendly and cute throughout my visit, adding a personal touch by leaving a birthday card in my room. The facilities were amazing, especially the indoor and outdoor pools, gym, and spa area. The hotel was also spotlessly clean and had a great location in the Kronplatz area, with easy access to transportation and parking. the breakfast was great and served a wide variety of options.

The Bonfanti Design Hotel in Chienes is a modern and cute place with friendly staff, delicious food, comfortable rooms, and well-equipped facilities for both kids and adults. The wellness zone, including saunas, a relax zone, pool, and jacuzzi.

Spent Easter here and we had a fantastic time. The breakfast was amazing, so many options and all of them delicious. The spa area was also really nice, very clean and well maintained. the location of the hotel is great, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

The hotel was a bit overpriced for what it offered and some of the staff members were not very friendly, which made us feel unwelcome at times. the room was a bit stuffy and could have used better ventilation.

This hotel is a perfect choice for those looking for a relaxing break in the Kronplatz area. the rooms are spacious with modern amenities and comfortable beds. the service is top notch, with friendly and welcoming staff. the breakfast buffet is extensive with a selection of options, including Prosecco. the spa facilities are outstanding with dried fruits, tea, and fresh towels. the outdoor pool and pond are well maintained, making for a great spot to unwind in the summer months.
